Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with aerospace relevance.
• Master's degree preferred; 12+ years of aerospace flight-control experience.
• Experience leading FBW architecture, requirements, integration, verification, and certification.
• Hands-on with model-based development and MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL testing.
• Experience with eVTOL or hybrid-electric aircraft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FBW system architecture, requirements allocation and interfaces.
• Define redundancy, fault management and health-monitoring requirements.
• Manage supplier selection and technical execution for flight-control components.
• Oversee integration, verification, safety analyses and certification activities.
• Develop Python-based test automation and MBSE documentation.
