Job summary

INFOSYS NOVA HOLDINGS LLC in Wichita, KS is seeking a Fly-By-Wire & Secondary Control System Engineer with 7+ years in aerospace to lead the integration of flight control systems and support certification activities.

You will develop technical requirements, review test procedures, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring ARP4754 compliance. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, CATIA, and English plus French is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in aerospace.
Direct involvement in FBW and/or secondary flight control system certification.
Knowledge of system definition, integration, and certification.
Familiarity with Part 25 certification process.

Responsibilities

Perform integration of the FBW & secondary flight controls system on the aircraft.
Support development of concepts, design approach and philosophy with the Flight Control system supplier.
Perform/review analyses to evaluate concept feasibility.
Develop, validate and verify technical requirements of the Flight Control System.
Review/prepare technical requirements and test procedures.
Execute test rigs and/or aircraft testing; review test reports for certification.
Resolve problems arising from in‑service aircraft; conduct troubleshooting and root cause analyses.
Ensure compliance with the ARP4754 development process.
Support trade studies and life cycle cost analyses for future programs.
