Qualifications
- 9+ years of hands-on iOS/Android app development.
- Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart and mobile app architecture.
- Experience with Java/Scala, REST APIs, JSON, and backend services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience in Agile and cross-functional environments.
- Broad knowledge of Native Mobile, React Native, Ionic, and Mobile Web.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
- Provide technical leadership across frontend and backend teams.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Drive architecture, evaluations, and technical decisions.
- Manage App Store and Google Play releases and approvals.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define solutions.
- Mentor engineers and balance hands-on work with leadership.
- Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and future-state solutions.
