Job summary

FitNext Consulting is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer (Flutter) for a US-based PropTech startup. This fully remote role requires 5+ years of software experience and strong Flutter expertise across mobile and web platforms, with at least 50% EST overlap.

You will turn Figma designs into high-quality UI components, integrate RESTful APIs, and collaborate with back-end engineers while applying AI tools to speed development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years building cross-platform Flutter apps (mobile and web) with testing.
• Strong knowledge of MVC/MVVM patterns and Riverpod or similar state management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and testing endpoints.
• Regular use of AI tools in development workflow.
• Strong Git/GitHub proficiency and PR practices.
• Fluent English with strong communication.
• At least 50% EST overlap and willingness to follow US holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter apps for mobile and web.
• Improve front-end architecture to keep code modular and scalable.
• Translate Figma designs into Flutter components and interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and optimize data flows with back-end engineers.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up development and quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements and code reviews.
• Add analytics and observability to monitor app health.
• Troubleshoot UI and performance issues in production.
• Contribute to documentation and onboarding.
