Via is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join the rider mobile team, owning the mobile experience used by millions of riders daily. You will work across Android, iOS, and Flutter, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver fast, reliable features from booking to account management.

The role emphasizes cross-platform development with Flutter, native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) proficiency, and a focus on performance and memory optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• Flutter experience is a strong advantage.
• Solid native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality rider app.
• Own development of Via's rider mobile apps across platforms, building features for booking and account management.
• Work in Flutter for cross-platform needs and contribute to native Android/iOS when appropriate.
• Architect and evolve mobile infrastructure services, focusing on performance, reliability, and memory management.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues and mentor engineers on the team.
