• 5+ years of mobile development experience with hands-on experience in cross-platform frameworks.
• Strong native development experience in Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Comfortable working across both cross-platform and native codebases.

• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver a user-friendly rider application.
• Own the continuous improvement of Via's rider mobile apps across platforms.
• Work primarily in Flutter while contributing to native Android and iOS codebases.
