Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a skilled mobile software engineer to join Enterprise Payments Technology. You will develop and deliver Flutter/Dart applications for merchant solutions, ensuring robust APIs, testing, and maintainability as part of a large-scale program.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and mentor teammates while aligning with architectural standards and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional mobile app development experience.
• Production-level Flutter and Dart experience.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development.

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring architecture integrity.
• Mentors other software engineers and coaches team on CI/CD practices and automating tool stack.
• Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimates work necessary to realize a story.
• Performs spike/proof of concept to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
• Automates manual release activities.
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
