Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a software engineer to develop and deliver complex requirements for business goals, ensuring maintainability, testability, and compliance. The team handles enterprise payments technology with a multi-year program for scalable MBSS POS software across verticals.

You will mentor peers on CI/CD, refine stories, and design architecture while delivering high-quality automated tests and integrations within an in-office environment in Georgia.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of coding experience and unit testing per acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• 4+ years designing/developing/modifying architecture components and interfaces while maintaining architecture integrity.
• 4+ years of professional mobile app development experience.
• Proven experience with Flutter and Dart in production applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit tests per acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architecture integrity.
• Mentors engineers and coaches team on CI/CD practices and automating tool stacks.
• Executes story refinement, defines requirements, and estimates work for delivery.
• Performs spike/proof of concept to mitigate risk or explore new ideas.
• Automates manual release activities.
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
