Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating conventional/spectral flow cytometry analyzers.
• Experience with flow cytometry panel design (10+ colors) and optimization.
• Working proficiency with FlowJo and BD FACSDiva.
• Demonstrated ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot flow cytometry instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain conventional, spectral, and imaging flow cytometry analysers and cell sorters (BD, Cytek).
• Provide user training, guidance, and experimental consultation.
• Assist with multiplex immunoassay services and Luminex-based workflows.
• Design panels, troubleshoot instrumentation, and analyze data to ensure reliable results.
• Support laboratory operations including instrument maintenance and inventory management.
