Client Biosciences in San Jose, CA seeks a Scientist 2 for a 12+ month contract in the BDB Reagent Development group. This role combines hands-on lab testing with data analysis under supervision, and documenting findings for project deliverables.

The position involves flow cytometry-related work, reagent development, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment, with 40% remote work and 60% onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years laboratory experience in clinical reference labs, academic research, pharma, CROs or related industry.
• Bench-testing experience and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on laboratory testing and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
• Preparation of biological samples for analysis.
• Analysis of flow cytometry data and documentation of findings.
• Test method development and validation activities.
• Present research findings to project teams under supervision.
