The University of Chicago seeks a Flow Cytometry Sr. Analyst to provide technical expertise in flow cytometry and cell analysis for researchers and partner institutions.

You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized flow cytometry instruments, assist investigators with experimental design and fluorescence assays, and deliver high-quality data and support. • 2–5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate cell analyzers, cell sorters and analysis software.
• Assist researchers with experimental design and fluorescence assays.
• Train CAT Facility staff in equipment use.
• Perform maintenance and quality control on benchtop flow cytometers.
• Troubleshoot instrument issues and advise on techniques.
