• Takeownershipofallcourtdeadlinesandinternaldeadlines, identifyingissuesbeforetheybecomeproblems,andensuringmatterscontinuemovingforwardefficiently.
• Draft,review,andfinalizepleadings,motions,notices,discovery,financialaffidavits,parentingplans,maritalsettlementagreements,andotherfamilylawdocumentsforattorneyreview.
• Analyze(notgather)financialrecords,supportingdocumentation,anddisclosurestoidentifyinconsistencies,organizeinformation,andassistattorneysincasepreparationandstrategy.
• Coordinatehearings,mediations,discovery,courtfilings,andcasedeadlineswhilemaintainingorganized,complete,andcourt-readyfiles.
