Job summary

Romanoff Renovations in Boise, ID is seeking a Flooring Installer Lead to install carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate, LVP, and hardwood per industry and company standards. The role demands precise measurement, customer coordination, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

You will review purchase orders, walk jobs with customers, ensure proper material use, and maintain a clean, organized work site. A valid driver’s license and residential flooring experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must provide proof of employment eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
• Flooring installation experience with residential installations.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders to understand scope of work.
• Review measurement diagrams to understand layout and ensure adequate materials.
• Walk job with customer before installation and confirm material selection.
• Install floor coverings per industry and Romanoff standards.
• Clean job site after installation and dispose of waste materials.
• Drop off old materials at local warehouse and sort recyclables.
• Walk completed installation with customer to ensure satisfaction.
• Upload completed project paperwork.
• Pickup materials from warehouse or store as needed.
• Attend monthly installer meetings and trainings.
