Job summary

Gulf Coast Flooring & Services seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial flooring and finish-trade projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and drive efficiency and client satisfaction, leveraging deep flooring knowledge.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to project management principles, and growth within Gulf Coast's practices and client base. On-site in Houston with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Flooring/finish trade PM experience required.
• 4+ years PM or trade leadership in flooring/finishing/construction.
• Ability to manage multiple active flooring projects with precision.
• Understanding of flooring installation sequencing and lead times.
• Proven mentoring/leadership of junior team members.
• Familiarity with GC environments and coordinating multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across flooring and finish trades.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and client communication.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ERP-driven purchasing/affiliations.
• Mentor and develop less tenured team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with GCs and clients to ensure project success.
