Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Lead Floor Care Specialist to manage floor maintenance, minor upkeep, and associated duties. The role is hands-on, with supervision of one junior staff member, and focuses on safe, efficient floor care across facilities.

You will coordinate schedules, operate floor care machinery, and uphold high cleanliness standards. A valid DOJ clearance is required, with at least one year in janitorial or floor care and a HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain a DOJ Security Clearance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year janitorial experience required.
• One year of floor care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct floor cleaning and care duties as directed by the Floor Care Supervisor and supervise 1 Floor Care Janitor if needed.
• Prepare, setup and safely execute coordination of floor care activities with minimal foot traffic disruption.
• Meet floor buffing, strip/wax and restoration schedules and perform duties directly.
• Operate burnishers, scrubbers, polishers, shampooers and related floor care machinery.
• Maintain and repair floor care equipment as needed.
• Coordinate work schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance of buildings and offices.
• Open, close, lock, and secure facilities and keep records of completed work.
