The Floating Maintenance Technician provides advanced maintenance support across multiple properties, traveling as needed to cover staffing gaps, assist with complex repairs, and ensure consistent property standards. This position is responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. The Senior Technician also supervises outside contractors, mentors junior maintenance staff, leads emergency response efforts, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
