Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Senior Float Pharmacy Technician to support Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy functions across 30 Phoenix locations. You will dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and perform essential clerical duties while maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements.

The role requires active AZ Pharmacy Technician license, 1+ year data entry experience, and the ability to cover 30 sites with regular Monday–Friday hours (7:30am–5:00pm).

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona.
• 1+ years of pharmacy and prescription data entry experience.
• Ability to cover all 30 Phoenix sites to cover PTO and callouts.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm.
• Reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clinic staff and consumers.
• Fill prescription orders under direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Order, receive and store pharmacy supplies.
• Process wholesaler medication orders and maintain inventory records.
• Assist Pharmacist and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Perform clerical duties for the department and maintain records.
