Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Principal Test and Evaluation Engineer in Dayton, OH to plan, execute, and evaluate AFRL technology demonstrations for national security and defense programs.

You will provide test planning and execution support for cutting-edge technologies, sitting with the AFRL customer facility and collaborating with a government/contractor team on system development and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of flight test engineering experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI eligibility is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with U.S. Air Force and/or U.S. Space Force customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight test engineering expertise to U.S. Air Force and Space Force customers for advanced technology development.
• Assist AFRL with creation of developmental and operational flight test processes.
• Execute flight test efforts at applicable flight test ranges.
• Create test plans, coordinate planning, and analyze flight test data.
