Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a highly experienced Flight Test Engineer to provide oversight of developmental and operations test and evaluation activities for ACAT-like low-cost air-to-surface missile system programs.

In this role, you will initially focus on overseeing test activities conducted by industry partners, ensuring alignment with government program objectives and delivering actionable recommendations to improve their test plans, test execution, and capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or physics required.
• 15+ years of experience in Air Force acquisitions and testing.
• Top Secret clearance eligible for SCI/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tests conducted by industry vendors and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve testing approaches.
• Write comprehensive summaries of test events for government reviews.
• Support T&E reviews, IPTs, DRBs, TIMs and related governance.
• Travel occasionally to support on-site test events.
