Job summary

Lanteris Space LLC, a subsidiary of Intuitive Machines, seeks a Staff Systems Engineer for the 300 Systems Engineering group. You will apply expertise in Flight Software to drive systems engineering activities for current programs and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical engineering, physics or STEM; 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 5 years in systems engineering or real-time control with emphasis on Flight Software development/verification.
• Experience coding in C, C++, Python, TCL, or Matlab and creating software tools for verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead ConOps development and validation.
• Decompose, flow, and maintain mission/system/subsystem requirements.
• Develop system budgets (mass, power, data) and verification plans.
• Lead customer discussions on system design decisions.
• Oversee spacecraft testing and review results.
• Provide senior technical oversight for systems engineering rigor.
