Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA seeks a qualified Pilot Instructor to deliver C-130J academics and in-flight procedures within the Hercules Training Center. The role requires substantial mobility-aircraft piloting experience and the ability to teach in a full motion simulator while standing for extended periods.

The successful candidate will maintain instructor qualifications, work with courseware staff to update materials, and support Lockheed Martin initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• 7 years’ experience as a Pilot on any mobility airframe.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience instructing C-130J academics and in-flight procedures.
• Minimum of 1500 hours C-130 flight time with at least 250 hours as pilot in command.
• CFII, FAA Designated Flight Examiner certification and an L-382J Type Rating.
• Current or former fully mission qualified C-130J IP with recent instructor experience.

Mansioni

• Instruct flight procedures in flight training devices to approved training syllabi.
• Monitor students training for continuity and standards and provide feedback.
• Ensure training materials and courseware are current and aligned with Lockheed Martin initiatives.
