Job summary

CAE USA Inc. in Tampa, FL, is seeking an experienced Flight Engineer Instructor for C-130/L-382 aircraft to lead simulator training, develop curricula, and deliver instruction to domestic and international customers.

The role requires extensive flight time, curriculum development experience, and the ability to communicate clearly; you will coordinate training sessions, generate evaluations, and maintain safety as the priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years’ experience as a flight engineer and three years’ experience as a C-130/L-382 Aircraft Flight Engineer Instructor.
• Minimum of 2000 hours of flight time as a C-130/L-382 Flight Engineer.
• Previous experience in curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Provide C130/L-382 instruction in flight and performance manual subjects.
• Instruct in crew resource management and night vision systems.
• Develop curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans and courseware for courses.
• Generate post training evaluation reports.
• Direct, coordinate and lead all activity for the aircrew during simulator training sessions.
• Operate simulator IOS during fixed training device/simulator sessions.
• Maintain knowledge by attending training courses and self-study.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
