Job summary

Nova Technologies is seeking a Pilot Instructor to deliver C-130J pilot instruction at Little Rock AFB, AR, across aircraft, classroom, simulator, and practical environments. You will teach systems and procedures, evaluate student performance, and support curriculum and training activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with eight years of flying experience, including five years in military service, and recent C-130J instructor experience. A DoD Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and total flying experience of 8+ years, including 5 years military experience.
• Recent experience as a C-130J Instructor Pilot or Evaluator Pilot and completion of a USAF Instructor training course is required.
• Must be able to evaluate and remediate student performance and meet physical requirements including simulator motion, up to 6 hours of instruction, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide C-130J pilot procedures instruction in aircraft, classroom, simulator, and other platforms.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and critique student performance; provide remedial instruction as needed.
• Support curriculum development and act as Lesson Subject Matter Expert; review lessons and propose changes.
