• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Flight Operations Crew Scheduling organization with strategic and operational oversight.
• Develop staffing strategies with Crew Planning and leaders to improve scheduling effectiveness.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for scheduling operations.
• Build relationships with labor representatives and business partners to align objectives.
• Develop leaders and employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure policy administration and workforce programs are consistently applied.
• Present updates to executives on performance, initiatives and priorities.
