E-Space in Saratoga, CA is seeking a Senior Flight Dynamics Engineer to develop in-house flight dynamics software, perform orbit propagation and mission analyses for LEO satellite constellations, and collaborate with GNC, Software, and Operations teams.

You will use STK and other tools, design maneuvers, implement orbit determination, and contribute to system-level trades and documentation. A Master’s+5 years or PhD+3 years in aerospace or related field is required.

Competenze

• Master's degree with 5+ years in aerospace/software or a PhD with 3+ years in related field.
• Experience in orbital flight dynamics or mission analysis for LEO constellations.
• Proficient in C/C++, Matlab and Python; strong software development skills.

Mansioni

• End-to-end development and validation of flight dynamics software for constellation deployment and maneuver simulations.
• Perform studies with STK and validate in-house models for mission analyses.
• Design and automate orbit maneuver strategies and SSA/collision avoidance methods.
