• Experience with ARP4754, DO-178B/C, DO-254 standards.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and evolution of advanced flight control and actuation systems.
• Build relationships with commercial and defense aerospace customers and translate needs into solutions.
• Develop long-term roadmaps aligned with aerospace trends.
• Lead technical proposals and support growth initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor engineers and support talent development.
• Collaborate with management to balance priorities across programs.
