SV Tech Systems seeks a Sr. Flex Developer to join the Analytics Team in Plymouth, MN for a 4-month contract-to-hire engagement. You will collaborate with seniors and stakeholders to deliver front-end features using Flex and ActionScript, while integrating with back-end developers in an Agile environment.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a small-team setting. On-site presence in Plymouth is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years developing web applications using Flex and ActionScript.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate at a high level in small teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform all phases of front-end development including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing.
• Design and implement product features in collaboration with UX/design staff and business stakeholders.
• Work very closely with back-end developers to drive solutions.
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints.
• Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required.
• Mentor and guide other software engineers within the team.
