Responsibilities

• Participate in all SCRUM meetings.
• Act as the lead developer on-site for the designated SCRUM team.
• Contribute to code development and set examples in the group through consistent delivery.
• Review and provide mentorship to teammates.
• Resolve or escale issues, communicate per the agreed communications plan.
• Ensure software meets agreed quality criteria.
• Act as liaison to other technical resources within T-Mobile.

Required Skills

• Apache Flex (at least 4+ years)
• Java/J2EE (at least 5+ years)
• ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 (at least 4+ years)
