Ōura is seeking an experienced Flex DFM Engineer to drive world-class manufacturing processes for flex/rigid-flex PCBA at our component and EMS partners. You will sit at the interface of R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to de-risk builds, raise yields, and ensure suppliers ramp on time and at quality.
You will embed our manufacturing standards at the supplier level, qualify vendor sites, and lead optimization efforts to ensure smooth transitions from NPI to mass production.

This role embeds the company’s manufacturing standards at the supplier level and accelerates our path through EVT/DVT/PVT to healthy mass production.

Ōura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
