Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an automotive technician to maintain the FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and document work using FedEx computer systems.

Adherence to OSHA and DOT standards is required, and you will guide a staff of technicians and trainees while supporting ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Vocational automotive training from an accredited school preferred.
• ASE Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, quality maintenance for FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and documentation.
• Document work and maintain adequate inventory using FedEx computer systems.
• Adhere to OSHA and DOT standards and guide/ support technicians and trainees.
