Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a skilled fleet technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation for the FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment. You will use FedEx computer systems to document work and manage inventory, adhering to OSHA and DOT standards while guiding technicians and trainees.

Qualifications

Four (4) years fleet, automotive or truck vehicle advanced technical repair and maintenance experience.
Proficient with troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, gasoline, diesel, electric, and/or hybrid equipment.
Proficient with computer systems for documentation and inventory control.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and documentation for FedEx fleet and ground support equipment.
Document work and maintain adequate inventory using FedEx computer systems.
Ensure work complies with OSHA and DOT standards.
Guide and support technicians and trainees.
