Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and documentation for the FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment. The role requires a High School diploma/GED, four years of fleet/automotive maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license.

Applicants must pass medical testing and drug screening; ASE Master certification is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED; vocational training from an accredited automotive-related vocational school preferred.
ASE Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications on FedEx fleet and ground support equipment.
Document maintenance activities and ensure accurate records.
Operate testing equipment and gauges during diagnostics.
Work without supervision for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and move heavy vehicle components.
Comply with FMCSA regulations and safety requirements.
