Senior Fleet Risk Operations & Project Manager- REMOTE

Lensa, a leading career site, is assisting Ryder in recruiting a Senior Fleet Risk Operations & Project Manager for a remote position. The role involves supporting safety consulting services through project coordination, CRM management, and billing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in workflow management, CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing safety consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinating between consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintaining project dashboards and leading weekly reviews.
• Drafting communications and managing digital engagement.
• Supporting vendor management and client webinars.
• Analyzing data for risk reports and supporting audits.
• Handling billing and revenue operations, including invoicing and collections.
• Optimizing HubSpot CRM workflows and documenting customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with invoicing and billing systems.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or project management.
• HubSpot experience highly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement certification a plus.

Additional Details:

• Travel required: 10-20%
• Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 (salaried).
