Job summary

Amazon Air seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own analytical work that keeps millions of packages moving on time. The role sits within the Air Customer Experience team, blending data analysis, product thinking, and clear writing to shape planning decisions.

You will forecast and model network performance, map upstream and downstream dependencies, and translate insights into tool investments and capability improvements. GenAI will accelerate insight generation and automate routine monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience building forecasting or trade‑off models that informed real operational or planning decisions.
• Experience applying generative AI or agentic systems to supply chain, operations, or analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain delivery risk models that identify routes with highest miss probability ahead of planning cycles.
• Develop trade‑off models to quantify delivery, speed, and volume impact of operational decisions.
• Own analytical inputs to major planning cycles and identify fragile delivery plans.
• Enhance collection and processing of network and delivery performance data for faster insights.
• Write business requirements documents, product proposals, and executive‑facing briefs translating data into investments.
• Build relationships with technical and non‑technical partners to prioritize tools and investments.
• Partner with data science, engineering, flight planning, and linehaul teams to improve analytics tools and apply GenAI for faster insight generation.
