Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the single-threaded leader for North America Last Mile Fleet Inspections within the Fleet Experience & Compliance team in Arlington, VA. You will own centralized inspection standards, drive cross-region coordination, and establish governance for changes across US and CA.

You will coordinate with field operations, DSP partners, regional teams, data/tech, and international stakeholders to ensure timely execution, escalations, and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader for NA fleet inspection programs — providing centralized ownership for inspection standards, changes, and escalations.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across field operations leaders, DSP partners, regional teams, data/tech, and international stakeholders.
• Establish governance and a clear decision path for cross-region inspection changes.
• Own stakeholder communication and escalation coordination during safety events.
• Lead inspection initiatives such as safety audits and expanded coverage with defined metrics.
• Own updates to inspection criteria and defect categories using data-driven rationale.
• Strengthen training and accountability for auditors and coaching tied to quality metrics.
• Improve data accessibility by consolidating inspection data into centralized dashboards.
• Continuously improve program mechanisms with data-driven evaluation.
