Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years working with refrigeration systems in cold chain distribution.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic data analytics to drive performance improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor maintenance and sanitation staff across facilities.
• Oversee refrigeration systems and cold chain integrity.
• Manage facilities operations projects and capital budgets.
• Ensure safety culture and regulatory compliance across teams.
• Coordinate with QA, sanitation, and safety for food safety compliance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage service contracts.
