Job summary

Jeep 24 Brockton in Brockton, MA is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our Service Department. This full-time role focuses on the service and repair of vehicles, following factory specifications and time standards to keep customer vehicles safe and road‑ready.

You will work under the Service Manager/Service & Parts Director, adhere to safety policies, train with manufacturer programs, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• CDJR experience preferred but not necessary.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs as assigned following safety and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure quality workmanship.
• Keep tools and work area organized and inventory properly documented.
• Document troubleshooting steps and corrections on repair orders.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are returned cleaner than when serviced.
