Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal and procedures, or governmental regulations
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and respond to questions from coworkers
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems
• Ability to perform automotive services listed in the job scope
• Willingness to obtain and maintain ASE certifications per role

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as priority #1 and report unsafe conditions
• Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for multiple vehicle systems
• Initiate and display a valid Service Work Order prior to service
• Complete required LMS training and safety courses as assigned
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper handling of parts and tools
• Assist with obtaining parts from desk team and return unused parts after service
• Ensure compliance with VIP quality standards and company policies
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed

Education

Two-year college or technical school program recommended

ASE G1 Certification (Maintenance & light repair)

ASE A4 Certification (Suspension & Steering)
