Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Senior Fixture Design Engineer to lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of manufacturing fixtures and tooling for NPI and high-volume production. The role involves collaboration with Product, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Automation and Production teams across global sites to deliver robust tooling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/related field.
• 7+ years fixture/tooling design experience.
• Experience with CAD modeling and detailed drawings (GD&T).
• Experience in cross-functional engineering/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of fixtures, tooling, EOAT and gauges.
• Coordinate with Product/Manufacturing/Quality/Operations teams.
• Ensure designs meet specs, safety and manufacturability.
• Oversee 3D modeling, drawings, BOMs and fabrication docs.
• Facilitate design reviews and supplier coordination.
