Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Fixture Design Engineer to lead the design and development of assembly, inspection, test, and production tooling for manufacturing environments. You will gather requirements from Product and Manufacturing teams and translate them into effective fixtures that improve quality, throughput, and operator safety.

The role encompasses developing 3D models, GD&T-based drawings, and documentation, while collaborating with offshore teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading fixture and tooling design for production environments.
• Ability to translate product and process requirements into fixture solutions.
• Proven ability to develop manufacturing-ready drawings with GD&T.
• Strong collaboration with multiple engineering teams.
