Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years maintenance experience in aggregates/mining or similar.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations with emphasis on safety and policy compliance.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance across sites.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, contractors, and capital projects to optimize costs.
- Establish and monitor KPIs like availability, PM/vision compliance, and downtime reduction.
