Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a South Texas Regional Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for aggregates across quarries and plants in Garden Ridge and surrounding sites. You will drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating with maintenance teams, contractors, and planners to optimize uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of fixed processing equipment, and experience managing budgets, capital projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent technical training and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive maintenance experience in aggregates, mining, heavy industrial manufacturing or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage planning, capital projects, and resources across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across multiple aggregate sites in South Texas.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Drive equipment reliability and plant performance through data analysis and root-cause problem-solving.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, contractors, and capital projects to optimize costs and availability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as availability, PM/ schedule compliance, and downtime.
