Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 12 years of institutional sales, fixed income, or capital markets experience.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses required; Series 24 preferred for supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing senior-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with top-tier institutional clients as a primary advisor on fixed income strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
• Lead regional and national sales campaigns and coordinate with senior leadership on objectives.
• Oversee structuring and execution of complex fixed income transactions with regulatory compliance.
• Maintain CRM systems for client data integrity and sales reporting; collaborate with back-office teams.
• Mentor and develop junior sales professionals and build talent pipelines.
