Sartre Group is seeking an experienced Fixed Income Portfolio Manager to join a growing investment team. The role oversees a substantial fixed income book with responsibility for portfolio construction, positioning, rebalancing and trade execution.

Must have 7–12 years in fixed income, buy-side research and trading, with strong data analytics and Bloomberg proficiency. Python or AI automation experience is highly desirable for tooling development.

7+ years in fixed income portfolio management including buy-side research and trading.
Experience constructing and managing fixed income portfolios across strategies.
Proficiency in data analytics and risk assessment for portfolios.
Familiarity with Bloomberg and financial data platforms.
Interest in Python, coding or AI-driven automation for portfolio tools.

Mansioni

Support construction and ongoing management of fixed income portfolios across strategies.
Translate macro views into portfolio positioning and investment decisions.
Manage exposures across duration, yield curves, sector allocations, and security selection.
Lead portfolio rebalancing and oversee trade execution for fixed income book.
Conduct quantitative risk analysis and evaluate performance opportunities.
Collaborate with research analysts and senior decision-makers to implement strategies.
Contribute to development of portfolio tools and automation.
