Job summary

The role emphasizes reconciliation, cash oversight, payment research, and structured security claims management with a focus on fixed income and derivatives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of related experience, plus strong Excel and Bloomberg skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience supporting reconciliation, cash oversight, payments, and claims in fixed income.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day resolution of investment accounting problems and client portfolio reconciliation.
• Lead daily transaction and cash reconciliations across internal systems, custodians, and counterparties.
• Reconcile fixed income and derivatives instruments, including swaps, swaptions, futures, and FX.
• Investigate and resolve complex reconciliation breaks related to payments, accruals, and actions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and document recommendations for improvements.
• Manage end‑to‑end structured security claims related to payments and tracking.
