Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience applying API and ASME codes.
• 3+ years in fixed equipment, mechanical integrity, or reliability in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proven technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for mechanical integrity and fixed equipment reliability programs.
• Lead cross-functional programs through technical influence and SME guidance.
• Support fixed equipment initiatives including pressure relief devices and piping systems.
• Conduct evaluations and risk-based assessments to improve asset reliability and safety.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, reliability, and project teams to develop asset strategies.
• Provide technical support for capital projects, PHAs, turnarounds, and lifecycle decisions.
• Apply industry standards to ensure safe, compliant operation of fixed assets.
• Lead root cause analyses and develop sustainable reliability improvements.
• Collaborate across site and capability teams for continuous improvement.
