Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of enterprise software product management with ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Define and align the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Fixed Assets.
• Develop deep understanding of fixed asset workflows, buyers, users, reporting requirements, and accounting firm operations.
• Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and changing evidence to influence product direction.
• Own product backlogs, release plans, and roadmaps aligned with objectives and delivery capacity.
• Partner with UX, Design, Engineering to set priorities, refine requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify delivery constraints, develop mitigations, and align teams around priorities, risks, and commitments.
• Define and monitor product performance indicators using qualitative and quantitative insights.
