Job summary

ERMCO, a leading U.S. manufacturer headquartered in Tennessee, seeks a Senior Accountant, Fixed Assets & Capital Expenditures in Bristol, WI. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure accurate asset records, capitalization, and reliable project reporting under U.S.

GAAP. The position is hybrid in Bristol, WI with relocation assistance available. You will manage the fixed asset lifecycle, support capital budgeting, and strengthen controls while guiding business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with fixed assets, capital projects, reconciliations, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and depreciation methods.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready documentation and responding to audit requests.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex fixed asset accounting activities across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate capital expenditure analysis and project support with operations and engineering.
• Prepare fixed asset reconciliations and support annual budgeting and reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and audit-ready documentation for fixed assets and capex.
