Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in fish passage engineering for dams and hydropower projects.
• Must hold a professional engineer registration in WA, OR, ID, or CA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Good technical knowledge in fish passage and hydraulic structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for fish passage projects.
• Manage project deliverables to ensure quality and budget compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage client relations.
