Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Fiscal Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance in a dynamic organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. This leadership role guides fiscal strategy and manages a team of accounting professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, progressive accounting experience, and a track record in government or grant-funded environments.

• Directing and overseeing department accounting operations, financial reporting, and fiscal management.
• Managing general ledger, fund accounting, project accounting, and expenditure controls.
